OPINION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS ON TEACHING COMPETENCE

 

ABSTRACT

 

The present study pretends to know the opinion of the students of the Degree of Physical Education of the University of Granada about the teaching competence. Therefore, the fundamental objectives pursued in this work are: to determine the opinion of a sample of participants from the Faculty of Sports Science of the University of Granada (N = 53) on the teaching competence of teachers and, in addition, check whether or not there are statistically significant differences in the opinion shown by the participants about the different dimensions that make up the scale depending on a series of identification variables. For this, an expost-facto design of a comparative-causal nature has been used, from which several conclusions have been drawn. The main ones are the high evaluation that has achieved aspects such as the attendance of the students, evaluation and organization of the subject, unlike the low evaluation that the practical activities have obtained.
